The Triblio Team Sounds Off: New Year’s Resolutions
Happy New Year and good riddance, 2020! We’re sure that you’re as thrilled as we are for a fresh start. 2020 was a wild ride but we’re excited for what’s to come. In the spirit of ringing in 2021, hear from some of the Triblio family on their New Year’s resolutions.
Acacia Waller, VP of Customer Success
“To be honest, I try not to make New Year's resolutions because the pressure to keep to them and not fail within weeks can be overwhelming. I feel like they often carry a negative connotation. That being said, I've made a habit of setting my intentions for the New Year and focusing on a word to drive positive actions and habits. This year it will be HEALTH!
In order to strive to be a healthier me in every facet of my life, I'll need accountability, support and self-love. I think people only look at being healthy from the surface level and this time around it will be less about the gym and foods I'm eating, more about nurturing my mind and soul.”
Shareta Gilliam, Customer Success Manager
“I want to continue to prioritize self-care, resume my masters program, refresh and relaunch my lifestyle blog. Not to mention, do as many outside activities and/or "traveling" with my family as we can! I know it will take hard work, confidence, commitment, and time. But I have the support from loved ones, so anything is possible!”
Andrew Deck, Software Architect
“So I’m not a huge 'New Years resolution' person, but I’ve been exercising consistently (rowing) since October. In 2021, I want to keep at it and not lose focus”
David Nelson, Senior Account Executive
“My priMary resolution, in addition to the standard eating healthy, working out, reading more, etc, is to be more generous. Generosity is a trait that has been heavily instilled into me throughout my life.
As I continue to be blessed, I want to give more time and resources to those around me. To accomplish this, I've set up reminders to dedicate time each month to actively look at where opportunities are to give my time and resources both around me and to larger organizations."
