Triblio Merges With IDG - A Letter to Customers

When my co-founder Mike Ball and I left Eloqua-Oracle to start Triblio, we wanted to build a marketing technology company that puts the needs of B2B marketers first. In 2016, we entered the ABM market because we wanted to innovate a better B2B martech platform—one that truly helps marketers execute better cross-channel campaigns and impact revenue for their organizations.

Even as the martech landscape has changed, that goal has remained constant. As we’ve substantially grown our customer base and delivered on the most comprehensive ABM platform on the market today, we are more focused than ever on making a difference for B2B marketers.

In some ways, we’re just getting started.

That is why today, I’m truly excited to announce that Triblio has merged with International Data Group (IDG), bringing together our leading ABM execution platform with IDG’s premium data and content.

If you’re a Triblio customer, here are three reasons why this is good news!

Accelerated Product Innovation - With IDG’s committed investment in Triblio, you will be seeing significant advances in our product roadmap that can make cross-channel, conversational campaigns a reality, not simply buzzwords. There are unique synergies that come from combining our ABM platform with IDG’s premium data and content, and we can’t wait to share them with you. We will be releasing these powerful capabilities over the next 6 - 9 months, so stay tuned to learn more details on our roadmap features.

Global Reach and Support - By merging with IDG, a company with offices in over 100 countries, we are immediately able to provide global reach and support. If you’re running global campaigns or have teams across the globe, we will soon have the ability to support you in any continent, in any time zone, to reach any market you’re seeking to penetrate. Please consider us your global partner for marketing.

Nothing Really Changes For You  -  Of course, as I mentioned, we’re going to be innovating our product line and expanding our operations. What I mean by “nothing really changes” is that the Triblio team will remain in place to serve you in the very same way we always have. You’re going to see the same leadership team at Triblio working just as hard but with more resources and a greater ability to scale product innovation and customer care. At a practical level, you can rest assured that your customer success manager, who you have come to trust, will remain with you to guide your path to success!

To my mind, this isn’t the end of the journey for Triblio—it’s just a pitstop to get a bigger engine and more fuel for the journey so that we can serve you better in the future.
