Despite a rocky start, and some speed bumps along the way, 2020 has refreshed our perspective as we move ahead to 2021. We want to thank you for all the support, reading the blog, and helping make this year great! It’s safe to say, you are officially a part of the Triblio community.
As we move closer to a new year, we thought it was only natural to take a walk down memory lane and highlight some of the exciting achievements of 2020. Without further ado…
Triblio TableTalk Kick-off
Earlier this year, we launched Triblio TableTalk, an exclusive customer event hosted by our VP of Customer Success, Acacia Waller. The virtual user group brings customers together during a period of social distancing and offers strategic advice from our seasoned ABM experts on challenges they may be facing in the martech industry.
Some of the topics we’ve covered are:
- How to Activate Sales
- ABM Tactics for Customer Marketing
- Proven tactics with Intent Data
- How to Make ABM Advertising Work for You
The Triblio team is committed to helping B2B marketers be the best ABM practitioner they can be, and we’re proud to be working with some of the most innovative marketers in the industry.
Ask an ABM Expert Season 1
Another exciting initiative we put into motion this year is our Ask an ABM Expert video series. The educational series is hosted by Triblio’s Chief Customer Officer, Andrew Mahr, and features industry analysts and real-world ABM practitioners. Season one offers practical advice aimed to address challenges B2B marketers face in today’s market.
IDG Acquires Triblio
One of the more thrilling announcements this year was our merger with International Data Group (IDG) in June. You can read the full release here. The union is bringing together Triblio’s leading ABM execution platform with IDG’s global premium data and content. Our CEO, Andre Yee, penned a letter to customers where he explains how the acquisition will extend the reach of the Triblio solution into international markets and better support our enterprise customers.
Customer Success Stories
While meeting in person with customers posed a problem this year, 2020 gave us the opportunity to reinvent the way we conducted customer testimonials. You can see how Insperity increased SDR efficiency by 500% with Triblio Orchestrator or learn how Flexera increased engagement by using Triblio’s account visibility and personalization capabilities.

ABM Office Hours with Andrew Mahr
The pandemic hit everyone and the martech community was no exception. Marketing departments across all industries experienced strategy overhauls, resource cuts, and pressure to do more with less. That’s when Triblio’s Chief Customer Officer, Andrew Mahr, decided to lend a hand and launched open office hours for marketers to chat with him about all things ABM. Andrew has spent years in the trenches with customers and saw those free 30-minute sessions as a way to return the favor to fellow marketers.
Virtual Events & Industry Conferences
While we did attend B2BMX back in February, 2020 had other plans, and the remainder of our events happened online. In May we participated in SiriusDecisions’ Summit 2020 where we teamed up with our friends at Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) to discuss how a holistic account-based advertising campaign helped the team generate $10M in pipeline.
In October, Andrew Mahr presented a session on, How Marketing Can Use Predictive Orchestration to Win the Best Deals at B2BSMX. The session covered how high-performing ABM practitioners use predictive orchestration to target and win high-fit, high-intent accounts.
Along with industry events, we produced several ABM-based webinars. We were joined by Forrester’s Bob Peterson for Content Can’t Be King Without ABM Personalization where he discussed how marketers can maximize the power of good content for pipeline and revenue impact. Additionally, Andre and Forrester’s Malachi Threadgill teamed up for the webinar, Level Up Your ABM Program with Buying Signals and Predictive Orchestration, discussing how modern marketers are solving the data-execution gap.
Most recently, for DGR’s Strategy and Planning series, Andrew presented, The Future of Intent: Is Your ABM Program Ready? Andrew broke down the key opportunities that come with access to global intent data and how to unify data in one account-based view for marketing, sales, and the executive team.
The Triblio Orchestrator Launch
In October we launched the Triblio Orchestrator. The powerful new extension to our existing ABM platform automates and scales high-performing multichannel campaigns. Designed to help marketers execute predictive orchestration by activating intent data and unifying the buyer experience across both sales and marketing channels, the Triblio Orchestrator is the future of ABM. Like most companies, we had to pivot our entire marketing plan. Yet, in the chaos that was 2020, we were able to successfully adjust to the challenges thrown our way. As we begin planning for 2021, we’re excited for what’s on the horizon. This year has certainly brought growth and collaboration, both internally and with our clients. From all of us at Triblio, here’s to a healthy, happy, and safe New Year!
